Services/reports are delivered electronically via email to the address provided at order.
Delivery is considered complete once the service/report has been sent, regardless of whether the customer opens or downloads the file.
Refunds are not available once a service/report has been delivered, except in cases of duplicate payments or verified technical errors on our part.
Eligible refunds will be processed within 7 business days.
Payments are securely processed via PayPal invoice or card payment.
