At Vehicle Detailed Check, we provide digital Vehicle Information Services to customers across the USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and the UK.

All services are delivered electronically via email, typically within 2 hours of payment confirmation.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only available before the digital service has been delivered.

Once the service/report has been generated and sent to the customer’s email, it is non-refundable.

By placing an order, the customer agrees to this policy.

If a customer does not receive their order within 2 hours, they must notify us at info@vehicledetailedcheck.com within 24 hours of purchase for review.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • The service/report has already been delivered (via email or download).
  • Incorrect or incomplete information was provided by the customer (e.g., wrong VIN or license plate).
  • The customer changes their mind after delivery.
  • The customer disagrees with the content or findings of the provided information.

All services are based on publicly available data and visible vehicle information available at the time of processing.

Exceptions

A full or partial refund may be issued only if:

  • The service/report was not delivered due to a technical error or system failure on our end.
  • The customer contacts us within 24 hours of purchase and the order has not yet been processed or delivered.

All refund requests must be submitted to info@vehicledetailedcheck.com and must include:

  • Order number
  • Reason for the request

Payment & Refund Processing

Payments are securely handled via PayPal invoice or card payment.

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method, subject to any applicable processing fees.
